Tens of thousands gather annually at Homestead Heritage for a Thanksgiving weekend festival. The three-day fair displays Christian community life: hands-on youth activities, agricultural and craft demonstrations, barn raisings, thought-provoking seminars and so much more. Yet the festival’s heartbeat is felt most under the giant music tent where thousands gather in the crisp November evenings. Nearly 200 singers and musicians offer their highest praise to the King of kings, as His glorious Presence lifts the spirits of young and old alike. These are the Days

It was a crisp, starlit, fall evening. There were dads, moms, children and grandparents; Canadians, Americans, Israelis and Mexicans; doctors, carpenters, lawyers and farmers. Over a thousand people hurried to finish the last bites of their homemade tamales, or quickly took one more slice of brick-oven pizza, grabbed a cup of fresh-squeezed hot apple cider and headed over to the big blue and white tent where hundreds more people were gathering. Inside, the buzz of excited conversation blended with the hum of the tuning orchestra. The temperature in the tent warmed to a comfortable level as everyone gathered in for an evening of music – glorifying and worshipping God. Every year at Thanksgiving, this Christian community invites all their friends and neighbors, near and far, to come celebrate the goodness of the Lord together with them and to share in the fruits of their year’s labor. People come from all fifty states and over twenty countries to see the crafts produced by this community and to participate in lifting up the One who makes it all possible. This recording captures some of the excitement and joy expressed by this community as they lift up the name of Jesus in both song and life.

A carefully ordered program of traditional Easter message favorites and medleys build to the title song, My Deliverer, The Easter Medley and, finally, The Hallelujah Chorus. This stirring program brings the revelation of the resurrection life into vivid focus.

Teach Me Your Way Children’s Scripture Songs from Homestead Heritage

Scripture memorization plays a large part in impressing the Word of God on the minds of the young while they are able to easily memorize large passages. As many know from experience, memorization is greatly enhanced by putting words to music. The composers, musicians and children of Homestead Heritage have done just that. These nineteen songs recorded include eleven original compositions and a wide variety of styles. This album will be enjoyed by both young and old while giving us more to “hide in our hearts.”

Teach Me Your Way – Volume II

The latest album from the musicians and singers at Heritage Ministries is a follow-up to their very popular previous album of scripture songs. Primarily written to help children with scripture memorization, the eclectic blend of musical styles as well as children and adult solos and children’s choir will be enjoyed by young and old alike.
